Credits Policy

Before using the Website, please read this Credits Policy (“Policy”) completely.
This Policy governs the obtaining, issuance, use, and refund of digital in-platform credits (the “Credits”) on the website cs2run.gg / csrun.gg (the “Site”), operated by the Site Administration (“we”, “us”, “our”). Credits are used to access digital items, services, or game features.
For the purposes hereof, “Site Administration” means LATECNOLOGIA LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, with registration number HE 47929, and registered office at Franklinou Rousvelt, 170 LIMASSOL CHAMBER 2nd floor, Omonoia, 3048, Limassol, Cyprus.
By using the Site and obtaining Credits, you agree to this Policy in addition to the Terms of Service and Refund & Return Policy.
1. Nature of Credits
1.1. Credits are a form of digital in-platform units with no monetary value outside the Site and no legal tender status.
1.2. Credits are provided for use within the Site only and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, except as explicitly set out in the Refund & Return Policy.
1.3. Credits are not a payment method or a stored-value product; they are redeemed for digital goods and services on Site.
2. Purchase and Issuance of Credits
2.1. Users may purchase Credits as a pre-payment for access to digital content by making a payment through the Site’s supported payment methods. The purchase is considered a service order.
2.2. Upon successful payment, Credits are placed to the user’s account immediately, according to the current rates displayed on the Site.
2.3. The Site may offer bonus Credits promotional Credits, or loyalty incentives. These are governed by this Policy and the Terms of Service.
2.4. The Site makes no guarantee of any specific bonus or promotional Credit amount; all such offers are at the discretion of the Site Administration.
3. Use of Credits
3.1. Credits may be used to obtain digital goods, digital items, or services on the Site as permitted by the Site.
3.2. Using Credits to obtain items that are immediately consumed, opened, accessed, or activated constitutes final and complete provision of the service use of those Credits.
3.3. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside their specified use on the Site and cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned to other users.
3.4. Users are responsible for all actions taken using their Credits through their account.
4. Refunds of Credits
4.1. Users may request a refund of unused Credits in accordance with the Site’s Refund & Return Policy.
4.3. Users may request a refund only for entirely unused Credits within 14 days of purchase or as required by applicable consumer laws, provided that no Credits from the specific transaction have been spent.
4.3. Credits that have been partially or fully consumed, for example, used to open a case or access a feature, are strictly non-refundable, as the digital service is considered fully rendered.
4.4. Bonus Credits, promotional Credits, free Credits, and other non-purchased Credits are non-refundable and have no monetary value.
4.5. Refund processing follows the procedures and timelines described in the Refund & Return Policy.
5. Expiry and Forfeiture
5.1. All Credits may have an expiry period of 180 days from issuance, as displayed on the Site.
5.2. Expired Credits are automatically removed from the user’s account and are not refundable.
5.3. Credits may be forfeited without compensation if an account is terminated due to violation of the Terms of Service.
6. Credits Administration
6.1. The Site Administration reserves the right to modify Credit balances to correct errors, recalculate balances in case of system malfunctions, prevent fraud, or enforce these policies.
6.2. The Site may suspend or remove Credits at its discretion for security, Anti-Money Laundering checks, regulatory, or compliance reasons.
6.3. The Site is not responsible for lost Credits due to user account compromise or unauthorized access.
7. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
7.1. Credits are purely technical and are not intended to constitute electronic money, digital units, or any form of regulated financial instrument under any currently effective version of applicable financial services laws.
7.2. The Site may adjust or discontinue Credit programs to comply with evolving payment regulations or legal requirements without prior notice.
7.3. Users agree to comply with all applicable laws in their use of Credits and related services.
8. Disputes
8.1. Questions or disputes regarding Credits must be submitted to customer support at [email protected].
8.2. The Site reserves the right to resolve disputes regarding Credits at its discretion.
9. Policy Updates
The Site Administration reserves the right to update or modify this Credits Policy at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the Site and users are responsible for reviewing updates.
